RULES  

Fernhill is open to visitors daily from dawn to dusk. Please enjoy your visit and help keep Fernhill safe for people and wildlife by observing the following rules:

  • No dogs

  • No bikes beyond the parking lot

  • Parking in designated areas only

  • Visitors must stay on trails

  • Do not drink, wade or swim in the lake, ponds or water falls

  • No boating

  • Do not feed or interact with ducks, geese or other wildlife

  • No alcohol or smoking

  • No fires or fireworks

  • No camping

  • No fishing or hunting

  • No firearms

  • No littering

  • No excessive noise (amplified music, etc.)

  • No drones

  • No powered mechanisms (except wheelchairs and mobility assists)

  • No foraging (plants, seeds, etc.) unless authorized by Clean Water Services
